Tell us what you have directly observed and when it happened. Include any previous pest work, the affected spaces and who controls access. A clear description helps establish what needs checking; it does not determine a treatment or appointment on its own.
Confirm the work in writing
Ask which pests and areas are included, what preparation is required and whether follow-up is part of the proposal. Specialist access, building repairs and work outside your own space may need separate coordination.
